How the CRM application works
Sales history
data for our CRM can either be entered manually or taken from or UNI-POS EPOS
system. Normal incoming paper mail or phone calls can easily be logged
against customers to help keep a comprehensive sales history for each customer.
Paper, E-mail
and sales call lists can then be generated targeting specific groups of
customers. The lists can be filtered by any combination of sales product
group, demographic, customer interest, last purchase date, etc. The CRM
logs a copy of each sales letter or call made to a customer and allows you to
enter the results and follow up on the correspondence.
Reports give
the end user a clear picture of the groups of customers to target for the next
mail shot or sales call.
