In today's business environment you need an 'edge' to stay ahead of the competition.  This can be provided by the use of a CRM (customer relations management) system.

Our CRM system has been designed to be easy to use and yet provide powerful customer sales tracking and reporting.  It can run as a client/ server application so unlimited applications can share customer information.

How the CRM application works

Sales history data for our CRM can either be entered manually or taken from or UNI-POS EPOS system.  Normal incoming paper mail or phone calls can easily be logged against customers to help keep a comprehensive sales history for each customer. 

Paper, E-mail and sales call lists can then be generated targeting specific groups of customers.  The lists can be filtered by any combination of sales product group, demographic, customer interest, last purchase date, etc.  The CRM logs a copy of each sales letter or call made to a customer and allows you to enter the results and follow up on the correspondence.

Reports give the end user a clear picture of the groups of customers to target for the next mail shot or sales call.
